The $5000 Groove Is In Your Heart Dance Contest will feature some of South Florida's most talented dancers competing to win!

If you've ever danced in front of the mirror, in the kitchen, at the club, at the office, at a party, or even in the car stuck in traffic...this contest is for you!

FIVE SIMPLE STEPS TO ENTER:
1)  Select a few friends to dance with you.  Check the rules tab above, all groups must be between 4-12 members
2)  Pick your favorite song - just keep if "family friendly"
3)  Create & practice a dance routine no longer than 2 minutes long that also features how you are Heart Healthy
4)  Have someone video your Heart Healthy dance routine 
5)  Click on the SUBMIT VIDEO tab above to register and upload your video

Yes it's really THAT simple to enter...and THAT simple to become Heart Healthy!

Nationally ranked Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute, South Florida’s total heart center, wants you to dance your way to better heart health. For 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week you can salsa, disco, step of, line dance.

All submissions will be collected through November 5th, and on November 6th, the best Dance Group videos will be selected to compete in The $5000 Groove Is In Your Heart Dance Contest on Saturday November 15, 2014, at The Village of Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach.  The Finalists will compete live in front of judges and the team that receives the highest score from the judges will win $5000!!!
